My new phone is a Samsung Galaxy GT-S5363. Predictive text is turned off and iI am using the Samsung keyboard for text input. When I type the letters Sam, the a and m will not save and I cannot complete the word. This happens with any three letter combination with A amd m as letters 2 and 3.I can't see any logic here as other three letter combos appear to be accepted.

Hi spower, that sounds like a fault with the phone to me but maybe some other Galaxy users on the forum will test theirs for you to see if theirs is the same.

How long do you have the phone?

You have 7 days to return the phone for a refund or replacement so if you are not happy with it then pop it back to the store.

I think that I have figured it out. As I am not used to the screen keypad yet, I think that I am selecting the backsapce or the return key when I select the letter m.
