I got my phone in dec and have not received any free credit I went into 02 to register my phone but it wouldn't let me I then got on to this forum where I was told via private message that I was registered and would receive my credit between 25th-28th Jan that has not happened I got through to 02 customer service today after being on hold for 20min where I was told I was not registered at all I gave my user name and password to the girl in 02 and she couldn't get to register my phone either so now I have to wait for the technical support to check it out which could take up to 5 working days
I have being a bill customer of 02 for at least 15yrs and have just changed in dec to prepay is that something to do with the bad service I am not happy at all and I am strongly thinking to changing to another network provider
