I was in the O2 store in Dun leary a few days ago trying to get my phone's unlocking code as I have a second card on a different network that I desperately need to get working again, I was told I'd have to wait 1-2 days for a text from O2 as the request had to be elevated/escalated.
I would normally be more patient but if I don't get this fix very soon I will be missing out on a big job oppertunity. If anyone could help I would be extremely grateful.

I have been typing in my unlock code in the following format, #0111*(unlock code)# though upon hitting send I am given the following message. "Connection problem or invalid MMI code."
Is there anything I can do to fix this?

The first method has given me the message, "Network unlock request unsuccessful"
The second, "Connection problem or invalid MMI code", or without the sim card in "Mobile network unavailable"
And the third "Mobile network unavailable"
