Credit going on internet

I topped up my o2 account by 20 euro on Saturday and I used my phone to access the internet, this usually charges 99c for 24 hours, but instead took €13.49 one day and €4.47 another, I dont understand why this has happened as it never has before could you explain why this has happened?
Thanks for the help.

Re: Credit going on internet

Thanks for your reply, I was charged €4.43 for 4,536.42 kb and €13.40 13,74.91 kb and kbs are smaller than mbs are they not? And i have done over 50 mb and i was still charged 99c

Re: Credit going on internet

Those charges are correct.
You went over 50mb and were charged 99cent per mb over.

If you use a lot of data then you should get the data add-on, it's 700Mb for €9.99

Re: Credit going on internet

No there is no such plan but you can get the data addon as advised above.
It's €9.99 every 30 days for 700mb allowance.
To get it text NET to 50231
Check usage by texting USAGE to 50231
And cancel it by texting CANCEL to 50231
