I have sent in my request to unlock my Palm Pre as i have now spent the €150 credit on the device using the same sim card, i am yet to hear back from anyone, does it usually take long to hear back ??
Also my EMEI number is 17 digits long whereas o2 look for only 15 digits ??? any idea why i have 17 digits ???
