Hi guys,
I am trying to order an iPhone 4S 16GB White online at the moment.
I keep getting an error when i get to the page in the cart that asks me what bill tariff I want to continue on.
In any case it gives me an error (See attached below)
I really don't want to miss the phone when it's finally in stock.
Phone sales have none inb stock and also strangely 1909 keeps ringing out...???

Any update?
They seem to be out of stock now again...
iPhone 4s White 16GB is what I'm after, so a black or 32gB etc etc is no good unfortunately. =C

Still no answer for me on this guys...???
I have also tried (just now)to buy a "Black" iPhone 4S 16GB which is currently in stock to no avail as per below.
Unfortunatley I don't have time to call / trapse into retail stores every day to check stock.

If it helps here are some extra details:
€0 balance on my account - Pre approved Gold upgrade - Recently signed up to O2 All in 250 on an 18M contract as O2 contacted me to offer me a new contract. (They said it wouldn't affect my upgrade)
Using different machines / browsers / internet connection and even tried from different locations and still get similar results.
Mac / Win 7 PC / Safari / Chrome / Clontarf / Terenure / Mobile BB / Fixed line BB
So can only presume there's a confict with my a/c or your online store.

Hi Guys,
I appreciate your busy and you have handed this over to the Online Store team...
but, I haven't heard back form you now in nearly two weeks and it's been 4 weeks since I initially posted the problem.
I am changing back my password also as I haven't been advised if you have / have not already logged in with my details to try and replicate the error at this stage.

Same error.
THis time i'vce given you the url i land on with the error: https://www.o2online.ie/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/
Have replaced my mobile number with ########## and a/c no. with ????????? in the url though.
