Web chat customer care

I had a very helpful customer care rep in a chat type window earlier today. So much better than phoning and holding for an eternity. But when I clicked on what I thought wsa the same window, it now directs me to the forums? Help!

The chat pops up only when there is an agent available to take a chat, to reduce any wait times that might occur. But the same team that manage the webchat also manage the forum here so feel free to ask any questions and we can help! :smileyhappy:

Chat invites pop up on certain parts on the website in you are on the page a long time.

hey i tried prepay broadband top up and when i pressed choose package i was automatically given a oneday pass which i don't want. i have a €20 top up voucher i purchased in my supermarket and don't know how to top up so i can in online. any help would be welcome from a seriously frustrated customer.

You get a free one day pass after you register.

When the free pass is finished you can use use the €20 credit to buy a 30 day pass
