Trying to buy Samsung S3850 Genio II but when I go to upgrade I get this 'Prepay upgrade phone details
A problem was encountered with the operation that you tried to perform, please try again later'. Same happens if I just try to buy it (not upgrade). Have tried this a few times and keep having the problem. I want to keep same number so want the upgrade of it.

Help please.

I tried to buy it here and got to the check out to pay with no issues. I did this on Chrome

Currently without a phone so need to get this ordered ASAP or will just end up moving to 3. So a quick solution is needed if ye can help please.

I would recommend going to a store as it will take up to 5 working days if we log it for investigation here and then another 3 working days after you get it ordered.

It's letting me order it here online without any issues

The error happens in Firefox also - when logged in click on Prepay Upgrade - next page error a peoblwm was encountered ...
