How not to treat a loyal o2 customer

My family and I have been with o2 for over 7 years now and I have just recently been due an upgrade. I've been told tonight for being a loyal customer I get a silver upgrade, the lowest there is. Why does o2 not value their loyal costumers? Deeply disappointed.

Hi Tomas123, upgrades are offered as a reward and the upgrade level offered is based on criteria such as spend. We also offer customers O2 Treats and O2 Priority Ticketing.
