Thanks Edel, the settings are set up on your phone can you try your sim in another phone and see if the internet works?

My internet is gone all day on my Nokia C3-00,I have contacted customer service on a number of occasions regarding same.Nokia home will open but,when I got to browser,nothing will open.When I spoke with 02 a number of hours ago,I was told that the internet would be 're-bppted' and to switch off phone for 5-10mins.The problem is still there??

Hi,

Yes,same story again to-day.When I go directly to hotmail,I get communication error.When I go to browser I get 'verification of server cert'...All 'web services' stuff is active like Reuters,nokia.mobi and so on,really need to have access to emails at all times..and I don't!

Did you try another sim in your phone as above, as you are set up correctly for internet.

I think it could be in fact something wrong with 'connectivity' settings.What do the messages mean that I keep getting?

I would pint to the sim as it works then it fails,I have refreshed your settings here again, can you power off your phone for 20 minutes then test it about 13;00

I have since tried a different sim,browser worked fine.I then put in my original sim and so far so good..for now....

then you need to get your sim updated free of charge in any O2 store

I made a change to your account. I also did a comlete network refresh on your account. I want you to turn the phone off for 20 minutes for me.

Also, can you check the manual settings for me and make sure they match the settings in the below link please?
