Hi since i acceptedthe settings that u sent to me yesterday I cannot connect to internet or sent picture messages with my C3. It was working fine till then?

Settings match but stiil not working. Just keeps going onto the blue O2 internet page no matter what i click on and still can't send pic messages?

Have you another phone to try the sim card in so I know if the issue is with the phone or the sim card

I have done a network refresh for you, can you turn the phone off and on and check it after 20 minutes for me please?

I have done that. still no pic message and only getting the Blue o2 page won't go onto anything else. can connect to the internet using WLAN at home just having a problem with O2?

ok, can you text USAGE to 50231 for me and tell if the internet bundle is showing active. I can see it's on your account since the 30/12/2011. Also try to text CANCEL to 50231

It should be expired after 30 days, let me know if you do not get any reply and I will log it here for investigation for you

I checked the account and it is set up for picture messages, if you could send picture message on the old phone, it has to be the settings on your phone.

Can you check the settings again and see if you have a second apn for mms or just one for both

Can't find anything in the settings blocking me sending will have to bring to O2 shop and get them to check it for me. Thanks for your help.
