Is there a way to receive & send picture messages on the iPhone without me having to connect to the Internet on my phone? I want to be able to send pictures like a normal phone without getting charged for connecting to the Internet as well

Yeah it's turned on everything is as I think it should be checked it all against what it says online. Still nothing

I have now refreshed your settings, can you power off your phone for 20 minutes, then test the MMS around 10.
