If the iPhone is faulty on day of purchase and the fault can be replicated you can get it replaced in store.

 

After the day of purchase has passed, if the iPhone is faulty, it must be returned to Apple for repair/replacement.

 

Before sending your phone to Apple you must turn off Find My iPhone.

Bought Online

If you no longer want the phone you can return the unused and unopened phone to Online Shop for a refund within 7 days of purchase.
