Hi can any one tell me how i can keep track of how much data im using and how do i check how many minutes ive left on my plan?I just got a htc sensation.Thank you

You can check it throughout the month with *111#, the remaining allowance will display on the screen of your phone.

Hi thank you just tried that there it brought up the minutes alright.How do i find out about the data?Thank you

It should show you 3 figures, minutes, texts and mb allowance. The data would be the mb. Could you check it again for me please.

ok, I will get it investigated for you, for now as Bj said, you could try the my o2 app, you can download it to the phone to monitor it.

Hi down loaded the o2 app which worked fine for me all week end but today its saying network unavailable.Im able to access rest of my apps thou.Regards *111# minutes only thing comming up still.Any ideas?Thanks

There was a technical report logged for you on this issue, but that was resolved yesterday and they said it is working now. Have you tried it again today?

Hi ive tried a few times today and balance for minutes only thing comming up.For some reason i cant access my o2 app its saying "network unavailable This .application requires a working data connection"Any ideas?I have reception.

Could you try your sim in another phone and then dial *111# and see what pops up? In relation to the app, can you try removing it and then readding it?

Hi i have no other  phone with me at the moment that i can try sim in.Ive removed 02 app and tried to download it again and have got "error connection timed out".

Do you get that error when you are downloading it or when you are in the app? If it's in the app is it when you're logging in or when the app opens?

Hi tis morning i am able to get in to my 02 app but not google but if i have my wifi on i get access it.Regards *111# i tried it on another phone and it showed mins,internet etc but on my htc just mins and it doesnt give me option to scroll msg down.thank you

Okay, I think the *111# displaying minutes only is an Android conflict, but I'll check this out with our handsets team. In the meantime can you use the O2 app instead, and let us know if there are any issues again? Thanks

Just got confirmation here, the USSD codes which would include *111# won't work on all Android phones. This should be fixed by April if all goes well here though.
