Hello,

I regularly send webtexts to a friend in Sweden but recently she stopped receiving them. I think the last text she did receive was on 19/01/2012, nothing since then. She's on Halebop network.

We don't have an agreement with the Halebop network I'm afraid so there's no guarantee that texts to or from that network will go through.

thanks for the quick reply! Has the agreement changed since 2 weeks ago? I've been texting her for years and there was never a problem.

No this has always been the case. Most networks analyse all their Inbound SMSs for spamming purposes. Some decided to block any format sent via Web text as they see theses as potential threats for Spamming.
