Hi,
I've been trying to get my upgrade since November but every o2 store i go into in Cork and Dublinthese cities each week) are out of stock of the iPhone 4s. It appears that when I'm in Dublin (mon-thurs) they get new stock on a Friday and then I'm in Cork and most of the stores there are out of them at that time. Also, no store is allowed to hold an iphone4s for a customer as they are in such high demand.
I decided that buying the phone online would be a better option for me. However, I want to stay on my same price plan (350) and o2.ie does not give me an option to stay with my plan as it is an old one. Do you think if I called customer care they could process the sale for me? Or do you have any other suggestion as to how I can get my new phone?
