Hi. I have a Nokia C3 with Opera Mini. I am able to open the browser home page, but when I try to open any other page, I get a message to contact my service provider for internet settings.

I'm on the Experience plus plan, so for €20 a month, I have internet access for 99c per day. This was working fine up until about a month ago, but I've not been able to connect to internet since. Any ideas? Thanks.

Did you receive the settings and save them? If yes then the next step is to test your sim in another phone.

Just tried my sim it in my wife's phone (also a C3). Same problem. And now, when she put her sim back in her phone, she also cannot connect!

Ask your wife to send the settings to her phone again through the link above.

Your issue seems to be with your sim card though, can you pop into an o2 store to get a sim replacement?
