Hi , my friend purchase a iPhone 4 last month on 27th jan , today evening he Went to blanchtown shopping centre and he lost his fone there in shopping centre , he don't know where in shopping mall , When he need mobile , he realise he don't have and mobile had lost. Can he claim ?? Is insurance covered that type of lost ??? And what it's means "" Claims made within the first 60 days*, unless the policy was taken out when first connecting to O2 or when re-contracting on an upgrade with O2." PLz reply as soon as possible

It might be covered, it depends on whether they would see it as undue care or negligence. Tell your friend to go to phonecover.ie to get the claim form or pop into an O2 store for one.

'Claims made within the first 60 days' means that you can't take out insurance and then less than 2 months later make a claim.
