I need to check whether I am due an upgrade

Dial 1909 and follow options 2 and then 4 for this

Where can I request a PUK code

It's 1909 and follow options 2 , 2 and 2 again

I want to get my prepay balance

Prepay customers can check their balance by dialling *100# and the call button.

I need to buy/top up my credit

If you have a top up voucher you can apply it by calling 1741 (1850 601741 from a landline).

upgrade not due....

hi,

 

is there any circumstances that 02 will grant a upgrade even if its not due?

We have an early upgrade offer where you can buy out each month remaining until the upgrade is due. You will still have to pay the upgrade cost of the phone on top of this.

The upgrade would be silver if you go with the early upgrade to get it now.

 

We cannot predict what it will be when the contract is up as the upgrade is determined on spend and we don' know what the future bills will be. It will be March 2013 when the upgrade will be due. Your bills may have changed by then. Looking at your bills now, if they stay the same, it looks like it would be a silver when the upgrade is due.
