security code

Hi, ive had my nokia 6120 phone foe just over a year now. Since then, ive always had a security lock- and it has always been the same one. The other day, i was using my phone, using the security code until for one message it would NOT unlock. It has always been 26667, but it keeps telling me that the code is incorrect. I now, can no longer use my phone because it is insisting that the code is wrong. But, ive too come to the conclusion that it may be the key pad; but the phones keypad cannot be released as it is tightly secured. I own a LARGE amonut of very NB info in the phone. Is there anyway, by contacting an o2 assistant/manager instore to unlock my phone wthout deleting my NB information; or by just taking the phone apart to fit a new keypad in as the button '7' is missing. This info is very important to me and i really do hope that it can be saved. Niamh

Re: security code

Hi Niamh, unfortunately we, or my colleagues instore, would not have any visibility of codes set up on the phone or the ability to change them. It would just be your PUK or PIN we can provide. Beyond this you would be looking at a factory reset I'm afraid but you might dial Nokia Ireland's number 1890-946245 (35c per minute) to query any other methods of retrieving this information.
