I want to leave my 02 contract and move to another less expensive provider.. i have to give one months notice to get out of my contract

what do i do?? where do i ring?

You dont have to give notice unless you are on a 30day sim only contract.

Simply contact your new provider to port your number over once your contract ends.

well other mobile phone providers have much better value when it comes to the iphone 4s billpay options.. if you can compete with them id be happy to stay after spending last 7 years with 02..

Yes that is a very good plan, but the phone still costs you 149 euro.. other networks hav similar plans but the phone itself is 50/60 even 70 euro cheaper..

Very sorry but I can't reduce the price for the iPhone 4s less than €149.00 it is very heavily subsided from €579.00.

You don't need to ring anyone if you're leaving.
Port when your contract is finished and you'll get your final bill from O2.

You don't need to ring, if you are leaving the network once you leave the account will automatically cancel.

I cannot navigate your web site on the community.  Please do not use the direct debit facity that I cancelled last June 20th, 2012 as I am not using the phone any more.  I am abroad.  I would appreciate an email if you have sorted out this problem.
