claiming upgrade credit

Hi.

I bought a samsung galaxy ace last Wednesday as a prepay upgrade and was told I was entitled to €50 free call credit. I have tried to claim this online a few times but I keep getting the same error message telling me that an error has occurred and to try again later. Can you look into this error please and register me for the call credit?

The registration has already gone through on our side, so all you need to do is top up with €20 and the bonus credit will start applying in early April

I topped up by 20 euro as asked on 2/3/12 but when I checked my upgrade credit balance remaining it's telling me that 10 euro has expired. How has that happened? I don't think the registration went through on your side because I finally managed to register it online tonight.

What does it say when you check My Account > Check call credits?

This should tell the date credit is due.

Now it is telling me that I am not entitled to any bonus credit evev though last night it said I had 40 euro left. I tried to reregister my phone but won't let me do it. Please O2 can you look into this? I am a loyal customer and getting bit fed up with it now.

I see you're due your first credit on 12/04/12, if the credit does not show online by then, please get back to us and we can take a look into it for you.
