Hi I have lost my sim pin. Can someone send it to me thanks.

Hi, your sim pin is 3217. If you have changed this previously you will require your PUK which is 73442115

Tried that but does not work. I changed my sim recently so that is probably my old one.

Your PUK is also available in the My Account section

Hi I lost he pack on which my sim pin was written. Could you send it to me please? Also could u please tell me how to change it to a more memorable one on an iPhone please? Thank you.

Enter the pin incorrectly a few times and you will be asked to enter the PUK code which you can get from the My account section of O2.ie.

Once that is done you will be asked to create your own pin number.
