Replaced sim but already lost euros 14 due to O2 Sim problem, texts went by itself to 44608 and no hope for credit from O2.
AH thinking to try another network provider...
AH .. my prepay top up ..... Euros 14 vanished in front of my eyes and just wasted time with O2 moderaters in chatting ...
What a bad experience....

it is a premium text problem you need to reply with STOP to the texts and then do as Lisa says contact comreg.ie at www.phonesmart.ie and they will be able to assist you in getting refunded

thanks dear, chatted with o2 agent... and they r looking into the issue that if i am getting more texts in nest 2-3 days, if not they will refund.
Is it difficult to take refund or credit from O2 ???

After replacement sim, No automatic outgoing TEXTs to 44608 number but all O2 to O2 Texts are being charged
although it is free with my prepay....
I am looking for about EUROS 17 credit from O2 but seems it is hard to get credit from O2.
They say matter is under investigation by tech. staff but at the same time my TOP UP dropped from 20 euro to 1.40 in 10 days.
i hope O2 people read these posts..... I spent more time chatting with O2 agents than i have used their network service...
A hoorible experience when money is disappearing and O2 guys are telling stories on chats.

Hello,
it has been 3 days since i replaced sim but money lost with previous O2 sim has not yet been credited.... almost all topup of 20 euros wasted and i m left with no credit to make calls..... and technical staff still solving mystery but why i am being punished because of O2 defective sim...
Can any O2 official has the right answer for leaving me out of credit since i joined O2 on November 10th ....
AH......... AH... that's a rip off Euros 20 and a poor customer support as well as technical support... O2 hijacked my money due to their own faulty sim...
and even chat window does'nt open any more and tweets are not replied cuz i m asking for my money... ALAS..

yes> i use blackberry but i have 10 euros 700 mb data which is only working...
but AH - O2 people, where are my more than 14 EURO....
Why no one from O2 get to me... why no chat windows appear now.., why no one nswers my tweets....
My money is hacked by O2 .. it is my right to ask ... why i did not get any answer from O2 in 20 days since i joined O2...
Am I the only one whose money has been robbed by O2 .....

i know their timings ...
i chatted 10 days with them...
but they dont have authority to credit ...
so they dont open chat windows and on twitter one agent asked my mobile number 30 hours ago and he fled too ....
cuz crediting money back unfortunately hurts O2 ....
Just think you cannot make outbound calls for 20 days and money is gone from ur account .....
same question i asked to O2 chatter one time but she had no answer...
i activated a new number on emobile and i am so glad that calling customer service is free and their agents have authority to adjust credit right away...andno problem which i am fcinf with O2
but i am not going to spare EUROs eaten by O2 network.......

Large font is for O2 not for you...

I do not have visual voice mail app. on my BB.. that can be checked by any O2 agent ....
It is the same blackberry which after replacing sim on 18th November did not sent any text to that number...
2ndly>>> same blackberry with new sim is being charged for O2 to O2 text messages as well...
By the way i have googled all these things before and then i am after O2 network....
One of their agent admitted that fault is in the sim and replace it...
. but credit ??
