Data Protection Act

[ Edited ]

I had a case where a non account holder went into a 02 store in Athlone with my bill and was given a printed copy of my calls

I've got the brush off from 02 and a standard no interest rehearsed reply from

is there any one in 02 who can at least pretend to be interested, or are 02 above the data protection act or are they covering up as its an 02 store that caused the problem.
