02 Money Account

Hi
I'm trying to set up an 02 Money account for myself.I might have tried to set up this card a few months ago but never fully finished the process .
But now when i try to set up a new account it states my email is already in use ,and so if i try to recover my old account details via logging in and select "forgot Password" it throws an error telling me to register my card first,even though i never received one.

Any ideas lads ?

Hi chesby,

Can you first try to clear your cache and cookies, then try and click on the forgotten password link if you have it registered already.

Hi ,Thanks for replying but unfortuanelty it still displaying this message   when i try to rcover my details even after clearing the cache and cookies

"There is some problem: Please register your card first!".

Can you advise also what error you get when you click on register? If it persists you will have to contact customercare@o2money.ie to get a code resent too you.

This is the register error i get then 

"This email address has been used to get a card before, but the order wasn't confirmed. Do you want to use it again?""
