Can any of the techie types tell me.. I need to download 1 minute of a tune for my daughter to mime to and burn it on to a CD.. I've downloaded the whole tune (2 minutes 15 seconds) but only want 1 minute 10 seconds of music on the CD and she doesn't want to have to press stop at the end of her mime..

Anyone still with me ?? I'm sure there must be a way I can select some of the music to burn to CD but can't figure out how to do it.. on a bog standard Dell Inspiron laptop..

Hey you need to download a mp3 editor program that can cut a certain amount of a track like you need. Google a program called audacity I'm pretty sure it's free and that will be able to do what you want

Now I know your not a "Dummy" but you can edit songs via iTunes and then burn the CD, try the link above
