I'm enquiring on behalf of another 02 prepay phone customer. He is in Denmark at the moment and is not able to make any calls. (The phone is topped up and has never had roaming problems in other countries.) When he dials he gets a message in Danish that translates to say he has not subscribed to the network. This network is the only option he has available to him - its the 'TDC' network in Denmark. His travel companions who have O2UK phones have no problems making calls. He's been told that O2UK have arrangements to be able to use that network but O2Ireland don't. Any solution to this issue?
