still having no luck with this!
i tried registering with a new email address as you suggested in PM but then it told me that the number was already registered! would the guy in the shop have registered it when i bought it? but if thats the case how do i know my password? I reset the password and tried to login again but it keeps telling me the password is incorrect and it locks my account after only three attempts despite telling me you have 5 attempts! this is the same as what was happening on xmas day and the guy in the shop said it was an o2 error that should be fixed in the new year?
I just really want to be able to access my account so i can find out what i am being billed for. and i need to be able to monitor the usage with having a teenager in the house.

Hi, I got a PM saying my password had been reset and to try login with that but its still not working.
its still saying login unsuccessful due to incorrect details. But i'm putting in the number and the new password?
Driving me mad now as I just want to be able to see my bill.
