Broadband and 3G Coverage.

hi there, I'm out of contract and am currently using the e1752.  I have 2 questions....

1) can I purchase the e353 without signing up to a new contract?  

2) will the e353 give me better speeds?  

I was told I could get faster speeds with the hotshot, but I've tested this out and it's not good at all and doesn't appear to be any faster than my current e1752.  I have therefore cancelled this under my 7 day trial.

Both the Hotshot and the E353 support faster speeds, but if you did not see an improvement with the Hotshot then you most likely won't see an improvement with the E353 either. You can get it without an upgrade in an O2 store, it's €49.99

OK thanks.  probably not worth splashing out that much then if it's not going to make much difference!

I found the hotshot to be very bad anyway within the house.  Signal was "Very low" even though the hotshot was in a room directly above me and it kept dropping out so I had to turn it off and on again!  I have a wireless 3G router which is much better.
