blackberry appworld and email

Hi,

I have a blackberry 8520. I bought it in the vodafone store and had it unblocked, however it broke so I had to send it back to them and they gave me a new one, unfortunately I had to get it unblocked again. I've paid my €9.99 data top up but I can't seem to download appworld or get my email set up again, what could be the problem? Thanks

Were you using the other blackberry on O2 before? Have you already registered with your number and the old blackberry on O2mail.ie?

Yes I have always been with o2. My blackberry had all email and applications working before it broke. I had these problems when I got my first blackberry too but I just brought it to the shop and they sorted it out for me, that was when I hadn't registered for data. I can't set up email because it keeps asking me for a work email only, which I do not have and I just want to set up my personal email account.
