Losing Money !! Help

Hi ,

Im losing a euro every day , I dont know why . I am not using the internet . Please help me ive lost 18 euro now .

Hi, what type phone are you using? It looks like your phone is connecting itself to the internet for updates or apps. If you like, we can disable the internet connection on your sim to stop this? You should also be able to disable data on your handset under settings.

I'm using a blackberry curve 5820 . Would disabling it stop the WIFI aswell ?

On BlackBerry if you disable data your wifi will be affected also.

Is that wen You go into options then mobile network the turn off data services ? . How come it doesn't happen to my friends

OK I will just turn off data services and every time I want to go on the internet I can turn off my mobile network and turn on data services . Will that work

It might but having the addon is the only way to be sure everything works as it should.
