i just moved to o2 like 2 weeks ago and i topped up by 20 euro and sucsesfully signed up to o2s more plan but ever since then o2 keeps randomly taking away 1 euro from me and i dont know why. i know ive used mobile internet a few times and i used some credit for a website but that doesnt really explain why i only have 7.80 credit left :/ and do i get free credit for signing up to o2? thanks in advance

Hi loulo96, you spent €5 of your credit on Stardollars and the balance was used on mobile internet connections.

Have you tried to claim your bonus credit through My O2 yet?

You were definitely only charged for data when you connected to the mobile internet on the phone.

You can claim the credit by going to My O2 and then Claim Call Credit
