Re: poor reception

Hiya, I can confirm your contract with O2 is due to expire on the 16/4/2012. Can you disable 3g on your phone undet settings and see does this improve the service? Unfortunately we cannot guranatee indoor coverage.

Re: poor reception

In responce to your reply. I have disabled my 3g but still have no

reception worth talking about. Do you expect me to stand outside to

take or make a phone call. I'm sure not having coverage at your home

to make or take phone calls grounds enough to terminate a contract?

What use is this service to me?

Re: poor reception

Thanks for checking that. Unfortunately no mobile network can actually guarantee indoor coverage. If you like we can check the area to see if any improvements can be made to signal. Can you let us know when this became an issue for you, is it only recently? Can you send a PM with an example of a call made from the affected area and we can check this and see if there is any improvements planned for the area ?
