I am currently out of contract and have had a Samsung Wave handset for a couple of years. I want to unlock the handset. Can you do this for me ?

Hi,

I had an O2 Bill pay account for a long time.  I have a Nokia phone and would like to unlock it as I am travelling abroad.  Will it be possible?

I have an iphone4 that I asked o2 for unblocking code received text this morning saying that apple has unlocked the phone but I need to connect to iTunes for it to be done. It says I must use a sim card that has not been used in an iPhone is this right? I don't have one

Yes you need to put a non O2 sim in the phone and connect to iTunes and you'll get a message on screen saying its unlocked.

I got an email saying the IMEI is not registered to any o2 number. I can't quite understand this. It was a replacement handset through o2's insurers after the previous one was damaged. All done through o2.

o2 or the insurers must have a record of it ????
