Switch to Bill Pay

I have just changed my account from prepay to bill pay. Can you please let me know what happens to my rtemaining call credits and how I can view my monthly call/text/data usage.

You can view remaining min/texts/data in the My Account section.
Any prepay credit will show on your first bill.

The "My Account" page will not display since I upgraded.

Can you clear your cookies and cache and see if that helps? You can do this by pressing CTRL, SHIFT and DEL on your keyboard.
