I am trying to update my price plan to 02 experience plus but the current price plan says unavailable and all the select buttons are greyed.

Can anyone help me out please?

I've updated the plan for you here, just restart your phone and top up with €20 to activate the free O2 calls and texts within 48 hours.

i am also having promblems updating my price plan , the buttons are greyed and the price plan says unavailable . i have topped up by twenty euro and would like free texts to any network as soon as possible.....

Topup of €20 is needed after you opt for the plan not before.

I have the same problem...all buttons to choose Experience Plus are greyed out. Can anyone explain to me what I did wrong ?

Could someone please help me aswell.. i tried to select o2 experience more but the buttons were greyed, so i topped up by 20 euro and tried it again but the buttons were still greyed.. worried that i won't be able to select the option as i have just topped up by 20 euro but havn't selected the plan yet..

The account is set up on Experience More on the account, the free text will activate in 24 to 48 hours...
