New to o2.

When i got my phone just over a month ago I got my free texts with it.

I topped up by 20 euro almost an hour ago because my free texts are gone.

I sent two messages and my credit is being used.

Why?

Hi Gary, to keep your free texts active each month you need to top up with €20 in one go every 30 days. If you miss the top up date, then the plan will expire and it can take 24 - 48 hours for the free texts to reactivate.

But I got no warning about them going, They just went so i didnt know when i needed to top up.

 Will they come through still since I used my credit?

and was i supposed to sent any texts to recieve them again?

Sure, the texts will automatically reapply as you topped up again with €20 regardless if you have since used this credit. Unfortunately we do not guarantee that you would get a reminder text so it is best to set up a reminder on your phone. You do not need to do anything further on your end.
