I changed over to billpay on friday and got the email yesterday to say that it was now transferred and to switch my phone off and back on. I did this and was unable to send sms all day yesterday (only to o2 customers). So i called o2 last night and she sent me the sms numebr to enter - 086 800 2000 but i have not got a clue where to enter these details. I have a SE xperia X8 and still cannot send SMS.
Hi, your text messaging and caller ID remained on the pay as you go settings when you moved over. I have updated these now so if you power your phone off and on you should be straight back up and running. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
