Can I change the amount of data I get?

If more data is needed in just one month you can get a snack of data:

If more data is needed every month you can increase your data allowance:

On All In 150 and All In 250 add:

• €2.50 for 350MBs
• €4.99 for 700MBs
• €10 for 2GBs
• €15 for 5GBs

On All In 400 and above add:

• €5 for 2GBs
• €10 for 5GBs

If no data allowance is needed you can remove €5 from All In 150 & 250, or remove €10 from All In 400 and above.

Can I share my data allowance with other devices?

If you have an iPad, Android tab etc you can share data between your phone and up to five data only devices. The extra SIM card for your device is free and has no monthly rental.

The shared data bundle can be 2GBs for €15 extra or 5GBs for €20 extra.

Let's say you have an iPhone and an iPad on an All-In plan, and you get a data roaming add-on. Can you roam with the iPad as well as the iPhone sharing the same allowance?

Data roaming add ons are different and are applied for one number at a time and not directly for the whole account so the number the data roaming add on was applied to would be the only one that could use the allowance roaming.

So I bought my new iPhone online yesterday, when will my new All In plan kick in? And specifically, when can I add the 5GB shared data option, and tie my iPad SIM to my account to share the data?

Once this order is processed it will be changed, when you get the iPhone contact us and we will add on the 5GB for you.

hey i'm just wondering if my plan i'm on is a good one for the money. I'm trying to lower my bills but i use the internet on my phone all the time. Plus i've insurance and i dont think i really need it. And i can't work out the plans on here. I 'm getting a bit confused with all the different bits.

Hi nicolad, the plan you are on is the Advance 350 plan with unlimited data, the plan is the most suitable based on your data usage. Do you want me to remove insurance for you now?

You are using 55 minutes and 155 texts on average each month. I don't have access now to remove the insurance but I will ensure this is done for you in the morning.

I was thinking of changing to the all in 150 plan, and buying a data add on... it'd work out that much cheaper for me i think. Plus i'm now begining to use my web texts on an app on my iphone. I know i'm on a good plan at the moment but i probably don't come near hitting the limits on it. i really do need to cut my bill down.

The only thing i need a good bit of is the data side of a plan. Cos i constantly click into the internet. it doesn't worry me about low text or calls in the plan.

Or would i be silly giving up my plan that i'm on now?

That is the main reason I suggest staying on your current plan, you have unlimited data with your current plan, the All In plans start with an allowance of 150mb up to 700mb.
