Ok so with the start off this new iOS 5 thread ahead of the availability later on I just wanted to point out a few things that may not be clear to everyone.
From now on all updates will be done over the air. This means that your phone will regularly connect to the internet to look for updates so it would be recommended that you have an add-on.
iMessage, This will automatically detect whether the person you are sending the message to is an iOS user or not. If they are an iOS user the message will not be sent as an SMS but will be sent over the internet instead. Again it is recommended that you have a data add-on.
I would also recommend that you download the latest version of iTunes prior to the launch of iOS5. This will resolve any conflicts that may occur if still using the older version.

Hi there,
If somebody after upgrade to iOS 5 cannot find Hotspot under Settings you have to reset your network settings
Settings -> General -> Reset -> Reset network settings
I happened for me today (I got iOS 5 GM installed last week) today I wanted to tether my Mabook to iPhone 4 with iOS 5
and Hotspot was just gone.
