Just moved from a prepay 3GS to a bill pay 4s today, and I seem to have lost 3G. I've tried turning the phone off/on and I've checked the data settings but no joy.

Any ideas?

Did you have 3g on 3gs?Have you turned 3G on?

I had 3G on the 3GS and Cellular Data is turned on under settings.

Can you put the sim back in the 3gs and see if you have 3G. There is a 3G option under settings ensure this is turned on plus cellular data.

No 3G on the old phone and theres no opiton to turn on 3G on the 4s.

So you had 3g on the old phone now you have no 3g, can you advise your location as might not be a 3g area

I'm in Dublin, Glasnevin area. I've always had 3G coverage here.

I have done a network refresh on your account here now in case it didn't fully refresh after you moved to bill pay.

Can you also go to settings, general, reset and reset the network settings only for me. Leave the phone off for about 20 minutes.
