Could you help me too please? I went to the store today and bought and Iphone 5and expert guy said it would be activated in about 2 minutes. This was about 2 hours ago now.
I'm wondering if it's just slow or if he forgot to do something? I could send you the number on my nano sim card however it doesn't start with 8935302...

Sorry I couldn't get online until now. Thanks but I don't need any further help afterall. A reset of the iphone with home+power button seemed to make it work (or else it was just coincidental timing that the activation came through at the same time. Either way it's working now thanks.

Hi, can i get my nanosim activated too please. I am currently synching my old iphone. I put the nano sim into iphone 5, connect to itunes etc, what do i need to activate the sim?

Hi, also have a nanosim here and need to activate it. Do I put it into the phone and then send the number or something? I can't find the chat button from the link above....

I'm at home (Roundwood, Wicklow) on my Mac - the links both work but there's no button to start a chat on the right of the page for me though I've seen it before and have used chat with O2 staff online... I'll try using that number, thanks!
